Yeh I only need the plastic bit. BMW will only sell me the whole wing mirror at a cost of £400.

Ive written to the COE in the UK but "The computer says NO" >:(

Does anyone have any ideas where I could get the item mark red in the attached diagram

Ebay - X5 E53 breaking. It shows all the breakers.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get the item in the attached photo. It's the connector in the wing mirror that is screwed to the wing mirror bracket bolted to the body of the X5.
I've emailed and telephoned a number of breakers but its not available.

Having the same problem with the heater/blower and noted X5LeMans comments from a previous post which are great.
