I have no idea what sort of towbar it is[emoji15] It's the electric one fitted from the factory is all I know

Mine was done by the main dealer Listers of Boston with an ad on kit as X5Sport says. They did it FOC and never quibbled or even mentioned me having to pay.

I have an F16 Msport. You can tell the difference between sport mode and comfort but only marginally in my opinion. I have to say in the six months I have had it I have probably only put it in sports mode a handful of times And mostly just to have fun with the gearing rather than the suspension ...

I have actually put it on with some clear sealant from Halfords. It has stuck it on and seems secure and should also be easy enough to get off if I really need to. You also can't see the sealant at all so it's a good fix hopefully

I am looking for some advice. The front towing eye cover on my X6 has always been loose. It falls off when I wash it and doesn't seem to be very secure. I accepted this was ok and must be normal until the other day when it fell off in the heavy rain and got lost.

Yes they did. They confirmed it was not fully wired and have ordered the parts. It is being fixed in the 12th. I think BMW uk are paying but if not it is the dealer. Either way they have confirmed that it won't cost me a penny. They have been very good about it and have never questioned that it ...

That's interesting as I have the same noise which is why I found this thread initially. I have spoken to my dealer who to be fair has said they need to see the car but if it not right they will fix it without question. It goes in tomorrow so we will see but so far so good
