Re: Experience with Carly Coding

So mine are electric folding, but didn't realise you have to hold the lock button down to fold them. On the flip side i have comfort Access and if you hold the door handle on lock for a few seconds it will also fold the mirrors. Just annoying you can't set it to fold instantly on lock on the idrive ...

Experience with Carly Coding

Has anyone used the Carly app for programming? I'm mainly after having the mirrors fold on lock and a couple of other changes. It's £40 and didn't want to splash out if it's a waste of time.

Did you get an email to alert you and what models does it effect?

Re: upgrading x1 to x3

We were going to hold out for a kodiaq but it was going to be too long a wait until we saw one and then the wait for it to be built and delivered.

I would have also liked the comfort opening system as, with a small baby, sometimes I don't have a hand free to push the button.

The comfort access doesn't work on the rear doors annoyingly!

Re: upgrading x1 to x3

I've just picked up a 63 plate X3 m sport 2.0D through the BMW AUC. I also wanted a 3.0 but couldn't find any specced high enough in my time frame and within my budget. We traded in our F10 525D they gave a slightly better price than webuyanycar, and I haggled some (but not a lot) off the purchase ...

Re: Hello, new to me, '13 F25

Thanks, spent an hour trying to get Spotify to work with my phone to no avail, plus updated my software. Annoying the dealer didn't do this during the cars prep!

Hello, new to me, '13 F25

Evening,
Just got back after collecting our 63 plate X3. Reluctantly changed our F10 due to growing family (I'll miss my 5 series!!)
It's an M, 2.0 in space grey.
Well equipped with Pro nav, vdc, top view, xenon's, comfort access, electric seats plus other stuff.
First impressions are good but I do ...
