Power steering problem
Just noticed when pulling off drive with lock on steering squeals went to check resevior to find cap silicones on how can I get to check fluid .

Cap should easily unscrew and has a little dipstick attached so you can check level.
Sounds like someone has done a bodge in the past and you'll need to get a new reservoir. Should be plentiful at most scrappy's.
