Stop phoning him.E mail or text message now.Do it now and ask for your money back DO not swear bad mouth him threaten him etc etc be polite and tell him exactly what you want pal.

Discussed it again yesterday, so I think we're going to come to a more amicable agreement.
I'll wait until next week before updating as the seller was a lot more co-operative yesterday.
