It's not chain guides, sounds more like bearings. Maybe pulley or tensioner?
Forgot to mention can mostly hear it when engine is cold first thing in morning.

If you suspect pulleys or tensioner then whip off the auxiliary belts one at-a time and see if the noise disappears when you run the engine

Sounds like a pulley tensioner to me??, may even be the Alternator......
