Hi guys - I am selling my house with shared access to my parking area and I want to ensure that I am accurately describing the situation on the advert.
Basically a neighbour needs access to his garage over my land, and it’s my view that as long as he can drive in front / behind my cars with no infringements all is good. Attached is a snip if the title deeds but it’s jibberish to me.... any help is appreciated!

Re: Legal wording - shared access
All seems good to me, basically the access must be clear and not obstruct your neighbours access to his garage.

Re: Legal wording - shared access
I had a house where the neighbours had exactly that - access across my land to get to their garage and driveway.
We had nothing but trouble and I couldn't wait to get shot of it. I will never ever ever have another property with any kind of shared access. Thank goodness you are selling and not buying..
