How to remove rear vent unit

Hi All,

I am looking to replace the center rear heating vent unit (kids have kicked it or something and pushed it in) this is what it looks like and i have just bought a replacement but wondering how it comes out if anyone knows?

Thanks man, got it out today when i got time and used the manual online and was able to do it, not as bad as it thought to be honest.
