X6 E71 Radiator air flaps working?
Does anybody know if there is a way of testing that the horizontal flaps, behind the grill in front of the radiator, work ? I have never seen them open and need to ensure they work ok as I am having a towbar fitted! Thanks

Not got any on mine (MY2011 40d) and I have a factory tow bar. See if there is anything on newtis about testing them.
No idea why I haven’t got them as I know others have.

I have seen mine open when the car is doing a dpf cycle so mine seem to work.
