Update: Helicoil is holding tight!
Still perplexed how I sheared a M14 10.9 bolt, counterfeit material springs to mind and was probably the reason it seized with aluminum alloy!

46 KN to 60 KN is required to shear a M14 10.9 bolt --> I must be Superman!

It took a right beating though before it failed and something had to give lol
