Fuse 74

Hi all, i'm new he so please be gental,

I have a 2003 E53 4.6 is which i love to bits however i'v had this fuse problem since i bought the car a year ago

Fuse 74 lasts about an hour then blows, taking out the telephone option on the display plus the voice reconition....!

I'd like to go about this by unplugging moduals see if the fault goes away, i'm not a numppty when it comes to things like this but would like some advise before diving in especally if someone else has had the same problems,
