scanner not working why? HELP please.
hi, i bought a bmw scanner PA Soft 1.3.6.1.36 and have added a cable to covert to USB to connect to my netbook computer but when i plug it in all i get is a green light and a red light and the program on the computer is not showing that it is connected ( writing gray and not bold). i have the ignition on when i tried it, any ideas please. thanks.....
