Press and hold when you get to the item you want to reset or do it on the nav screen if you have nav.
Didn't you get an owners pack with manuals in it?

If you have the nav you have to reset by selecting the item on the nav screen then push the right button then select recalculate. Maybe another way though

If it originally had a Sat nav and that's been replaced, then I have a sneaking suspicion you will have lost the necessary connections to set/reset those functions as well as the clock. Or at least, that's the experience of some others here..
