Steering noise driving me crazy

Hi all, Ive got a strange sound coming from my steering, it seems to randomly come and go and its driving crazy. It only happens at low speeds.

Ive managed to find a video on youtube which is the same sound but does not pin point the issue...

Anyone have any ideas?

We had a sound like this with a Volvo V70 a Volvo couldn't find the problem (suggested changing many expensive parts though) A local Volvo specialist changed and bled the power steering rack, no more noise.
