2008 3.0sd Corrosion near the reversing camera!!

As the headline says when I was cleaning the car small corrosion of Where The reversing camera is on the Tailgate  :'(anyone come across this and would it still be under warranty some sort of anticorrosion Warranty

Surely corrosion warranty will cover it assuming you have FBMWSH

Should be covered- unless the panel has been repaired/ repainted at some time.

Rust on most modern cars is almost always the result of a poor quality paint repair. (Apart from Mercedes Sprinter vans for some reason- worse than 80's Alfas! ) )

I have found it on mine too, small amount of bubbling.
