problem with boot lid
Hi can anyone help before I get spanked at the garage ive got a problem with the latch in me boot lid it wont lock its keeps sayin boot lid open on the dash when I lock the car it seems ti lock but when Im driving it keeps coming open any ideas pls

Nothing to do with stable door section not closing properly?

The bottom half seem fine wen its locked ir dont open with central lokin key but does with the boot one on the fob

A common problem with the boot lid coming unlatched is the failure of the microswitches or water ingress into the boot handle

Its the bump stops that need adjusting. There are upgraded ones now available that are spring loaded rather than just rubber.
