Upgrading the bumper on an X3 2013 sdrive 18d to msport

Hey all,
Just recently purchased a BMW X3 as an early birthday present
I've got an X3 sdrive 18d but really like the look of the front bumper on the Xdrive msport. Is it possible to change the front bumper,
I've seen a few people selling the front bumper on eBay but I'm not sure if I could swap my sdrive bumper with an msport one?
