With only 9mths left of PCP I'm thinking of taking a look what's out there to change it for! I titled 'downsizing' because I've recently moved into a new house and my travel has greatly decreased. I don't want to be spending so much on a car that sits on the drive 80% of the time!!

I'd want something that is comfortable for long journeys (family in Scotland!), family friendly for when we expand (only me and the mrs at the moment), sporty, with decent mpg!

What would you consider changing to if downsizing??

Watching with interest... this will likely be me in a couple of years since I've gone from 25k p/a to 10k.

I'm considering an M car, possibly M4 'vert, or another M140/240. I have an M4 for the weekend so will see if I can live with a lack of refinement! Also have a 640d for a couple of days - awesome, but doesn't really fit the downsizing mould.

Non-BMW I would consider a Golf R, Mustang or possibly an Alfa Giulia
