I picked up an E70 yesterday and the PDC button is a bit worn. It seems to be a fairly common issue as I noticed plenty of others on autotrader with the same.
Has anyone ever replaced them? Do you need a whole panel, or can you get a single button?

Check Realoem to see what might be available. BMW will try and sell you the whole module!

Re: Worn Buttons
Aye I was even going to get one on eBay as I assume it could be dismantled, but £30 just to replace a button seems excessive!

Re: Worn Buttons
To follow up, I took my panel apart a couple of weeks ago and confirmed the buttons could be removed. I bought a replacement panel on eBay for £12 (non camera button) and took them both apart and swapped the pdc and boot release buttons.

Re: Worn Buttons
BMW used to offer a complete but dummy switch panel for the E53, that afaik wasn't shown on RealOEM. It may be worth enquiring if the same option exists for E70/71
