Stunning E53 4.4i Sport with huge spec and some 4.6is extras

Hi All,
Sadly the day has come for us to sell our gorgeous X5 as I’ve got a new company car and my wife's itch for a convertible has returned so we have bought her a VW Eos.
This was a BMW Park Lane demonstrator originally and was fully kitted out from the factory, I will put a full spec list below. It is Sapphire black with heated black leather interior.
Over and above the standard spec of a Sport model it has got:
• Climate comfort windscreen
• Comfort seats with full electric operation
• Electrically reclining and heated rear seats
• DSP Professional Loudspeaker system
• Professional Sat-Nav
• Xenon headlights
• Dual zone front and rear air conditioning
• Auto dim and power folding mirrors
• Triple function remote garage door opener
• TPMS
• Aluminium running boards
• Luggage net (dog guard) in its protective bag
The previous owner (Sapphireblack on here) owned this for 8 years before we bought it in Jan 2016 and he made some tasteful additions to the already incredible spec:
• 4.6is 20” wheels that have brand new tyres fitted
• 4.6is rear arch extensions
• Facelift steering wheel and airbag
• Mk4 upgraded sat nav with hybrid digital tv tuner, voice control Bluetooth, 6 disc cd changer
• Black front kidney grills
• Full set of carpet mats plus genuine BMW rubber mats for the front and boot
It has full main dealer service history up to us and I have had all work carried out by an independent BMW specialist apart from interim oil changes between services which I have carried out myself. Last service was at the beginning of August and she has hardly done any miles since. Mileage is 112k and she drives like a dream.
Bodywork condition for the age of car is excellent, there are a few small marks / stone chips but the paintwork gleams and the interior is spotless, the only thing I can say that has a fault is the drivers seat heating. It works but doesn’t shut down when it gets to temperature so can get too hot.
When we bought this, to me it was a unicorn car and I believe that it still is, with the amazing spec, excellent condition and the way it drives I don’t think you will find a better E53 anywhere near this price of £3,250.
