Replacement for the Gran Tourer !

Post by sid10 » Thu Jul 02, 2020 7:32 pm

I should never be left in the house alone , let this be a lesson to you all !
The wife mentioned something was getting long in the tooth and it needed changed , as she was sick of it lolling all over the garden , drinking too much and always looking for new shoes , one of them had to go .
I took it she meant her car so , the long journey started , local garage zero , auto trader zero , 10 minutes later the red car she wanted that was wearing an Audi badge she didn`t like , get me a red BMW , not too brash or costly .
She went out with the kids
Here it is ;

BMW 118d M sport Shadow Edition in estoril blue , 719M 18" alloys , blue M sport brakes , black dakota leather , cruise control , rear parking sensors , nav , 6000 miles ,Harmon Kardon , remainder of 3 year warranty , remainder of 3 year road side assistance , bought from main dealer . Must say it is rather better than I thought and I can get back in the garden only wasted 10 minutes now where is the beer assistant I mean kids .

Always a good colour on any BMW, looks very nice.

Centre caps and M badges need aligning though, which in theory means wheels off. Surprised main dealers aren't compelled to do this :x

Looks remarkably similar to my BMW X2 M Sport. Nice car and colour.
