X6M Values

Post by carlos50 » Fri May 25, 2012 9:42 am

Hi all

Anyone know the expected depreciation of the X6M at 3 years for example? Its easy to say at 1 year but not sure if that trend will continue for 3 years or if it will steady out like most do after a year or so?

Cant help thinking what an amazing car it will be at 3 years old :)

Carl

If you can find one. I suspect because they are very rare you mat find the price stays up. There are currently only 80 licensed and 8 SORN'd.

There's this one on the market for just under £55k on a 2010 model in blue and just over 12k on the clock. What were they, £90k new?

I drove the Dealer's one when I was specifying my 40d and I have to say that although it was very quick, the 40d is a better 'all round' drive. I know it's a personal choice thing, but the front is just so ugly!

I think I agree that it looks a bit OTT but since its very similar in value to a 50i of the same age it makes good sense. Both are rare beasts but the leather dash and extra spec of the M is what interests me, none of the stanard X6's seem to have those spec options.

Leather dash was a very expensive option when I was doing my 'build-up'. I couldn't justify it and I suspect a fair few others won't have either. I've only ever seen it in real life on that one Dealer car and it did look good. I might have been able to add Adaptive Drive but that's not avail on the 40d - or wasn't for the MY2011.

Not sure if this would interest you but brother in laws X6 diesel 3.5d for sale it is a highly spec'd one and I'm sure that had a leather dash option, which if i remember he said was a 1500 option, I know it had the head up display as well really cool link below
