X5 4.0d remapping by BWChiptune
Just spoke Jason @ BWChiptune. Took a leap of faith and decided to book in tomorrow for an upgrade from my X5 4.0d. I came from a 335d so the X5 feels a little sluggish even though it has got about 306 bhp. I am hoping to get it up to about 360 for a bit more oomph. I am interested to speaking to Jason about what other tricks he can do with the car. Lights, TV Tuner etc. If anyone has any ideas let me know today and i can speak to him about it tomorrow. Hope i have made the right decision. Fingers crossed.

Welcome to the forum. Let us know how it goes with the remap, but I don't think you will need to keep your fingers crossed as anything posted here about Jason is always positive.

Thanks Don, never had a car tricked or remapped. Bit of a virgin O:-)
I was just wondering what other cool things Jason could do with it, I have looked into unlocking the TV so that I can watch while in traffic. I have Radar guided cruise and in traffic it doesn't go into park so i can't watch even when stationary. But i hear you can do other interesting things with the lights etc. Just wondering what i should speak to Jason about tomorrow morning or if the guys on the forum could point some out for me.
